Card payments often appear on your card statement. For tax invoices or other receipts, contact the seller with your order ID.

Receipts are issued by sellers.

Filvendo is a marketplace platform

The party selling each product is the seller. Receipts and tax documents for product sales are generally issued by that seller—not by Filvendo.

1. Why the seller?

Filvendo (operator: GT) intermediates listing and delivery. We are not the seller of each file. Product-sale invoices and cash receipts are the seller’s responsibility under applicable tax rules.

2. Card payments

For Lemon Squeezy / card checkout, your card statement or Lemon Squeezy receipt is usually enough proof of payment.

3. When you need a tax invoice

Find your order ID in the confirmation email or via order lookup.
Prepare any business details the seller needs.
Use Contact seller on the download page. Your email stays private until the seller replies.
If that fails, email contact@filvendo.com with order ID, checkout email, and what you need—we’ll help route it.

4. What Filvendo does not issue

Filvendo does not issue product-sale tax invoices on behalf of sellers. Separate rules may apply to Filvendo’s own subscription fees.
