Seller terms

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the relationship between sellers who register and sell on Filvendo and GT (“Company”). Sellers must accept these terms and the Disclaimer before listing products.

Article 2 (Seller status)

1. The seller is the merchant for each listed product. The Company provides a listing and delivery platform and is not the seller of each file.
2. Sellers must comply with applicable law (e-commerce, copyright, privacy, tax, and related rules).
3. When buyers request receipts or tax documents, sellers must respond in good faith under applicable law. The Company does not issue product-sale invoices on the seller’s behalf.

Article 3 (Listing warranties)

By listing a product, the seller warrants and agrees that:

1. They hold lawful rights (or a license) to sell the uploaded file and descriptions.
2. The listing does not infringe others’ copyright, trademark, publicity, trade secrets, or personal data.
3. It does not include malware, illegal copies, adult, hateful, violent, fraudulent, or bait content.
4. Title, price, description, and file contents match reality and do not mislead buyers.
5. Where digital-goods cooling-off limits apply, they will disclose that clearly in the listing and checkout flow.

Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)

• Selling content without rights
• False or exaggerated advertising; fake listings
• Payment abuse, self-dealing, review manipulation
• Probing or attacking the service; automated abuse
• Other conduct banned by law or Company policy

Article 5 (Review and enforcement)

The Company may unpublish, delete, or restrict listings based on reports, monitoring, or lawful requests. Serious violations may be enforced without prior notice; sellers may object afterward.

Article 6 (Fees and billing)

1. To list and sell, sellers need an active Filvendo plan at $190/year, billed via Lemon Squeezy. The plan auto-renews yearly.
2. Filvendo takes 0% transaction fee on product sales. Buyers pay the seller on the seller’s Lemon Squeezy checkout URL.
3. Lemon Squeezy (and card network) fees are between the seller and Lemon Squeezy. Filvendo does not hold product sale funds or run bank payouts for those sales.
4. Details follow the Fees page and in-product notices. Mid-term cancel and refunds of the annual plan are not offered as a general rule.

Article 7 (Indemnity)

1. If the seller’s fault causes loss to the Company or a third party, the seller must indemnify and hold the Company harmless.
2. Platform liability limits follow the Disclaimer and Terms of use.

Article 8 (Changes)

When these terms change, they are posted on the service. Continuing to keep or add listings after a change may be treated as acceptance, except that adverse changes are noticed as required by law.
