Disclaimer

1. Platform intermediary

GT (“Company”), operator of Filvendo, provides a platform for listing digital files, connecting buyers to seller-hosted Lemon Squeezy checkout, and delivering timed downloads. Primary responsibility for each product’s content, quality, legality, IP rights, and accuracy rests with the seller. The Company does not guarantee those matters except where law requires.

2. Seller content

1. Sellers warrant that uploaded files and descriptions do not infringe copyright, publicity, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or license terms.
2. Illegal copies, malware, pornographic, hateful, violent, or fraudulent content is prohibited. Violations may lead to removal, account limits, and cooperation with authorities.
3. IP, refund, license, and receipt/invoice disputes between sellers and buyers (or third parties) are resolved primarily between those parties. See the Receipts guide.

3. Service limits

1. The Company is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for damages from events beyond reasonable control (natural disaster, war, cyber attacks, carrier outages, Lemon Squeezy / infrastructure failures, etc.).
2. Free tiers, beta features, and demo mode are provided with care but without a warranty of completeness; data loss may occur.
3. Download links expire. Buyers are responsible for saving files within the stated window (about 90 days).

4. Limitation of liability

Where the Company is at fault, liability follows applicable law. Absent willful misconduct or gross negligence, indirect, special, or lost-profit damages may be limited as law allows. Any damages cap may be based on fees the Company actually received for the relevant matter (for example the seller’s annual subscription).

5. Third-party services

Lemon Squeezy, Cloudflare, email providers, and similar services have their own terms. The Company is responsible for those services only within a reasonable scope.

6. Consumer protection

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights. Conflicting mandatory rules prevail.
