Filvendo listings are digital files. Once payment is complete and a download is provided, change-of-mind refunds are not available.

1. Scope

This guide describes Filvendo’s refund practice for digital downloads. Local consumer law may also apply depending on where you live.

2. Filvendo refund principle

Products are delivered as digital files, not physical goods.
When a download link (or equivalent access) is issued after payment, delivery has started and refunds / cooling-off are generally unavailable.
Completing checkout means you accept this no-refund-after-delivery rule.

3. Exceptions

Payment succeeded but the file was never delivered (system error)
Material mismatch vs. the product description
Clear duplicate / payment error

Change of mind after a working download is provided is not refundable.

4. How to request an exception

Email contact@filvendo.com with your order ID, payment time, and reason. We may confirm with the seller and payment provider before deciding.

5. Seller responsibility

Sellers must understand the digital no-refund rule and may be responsible for disputes caused by false or defective listings.
