Terms of use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern use of the Filvendo digital file storefront operated by GT (“Company”) and the rights and duties of the Company, sellers, and buyers.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Service” means listing, display, Lemon Squeezy–linked checkout handoff, download delivery, and related features provided by the Company.
2. “Seller” means a person who registers and lists digital files for sale.
3. “Buyer” means a person who pays for a product and receives download access (buyers do not need a Filvendo SaaS account).
4. “Digital file” means goods delivered electronically (PDF, ZIP, templates, docs, source/assets, etc.).
5. The Company primarily intermediates listing and delivery; it is not the merchant of record for each product sale (those checkouts run on the seller’s Lemon Squeezy store).

Article 3 (Posting and amendments)

1. The Company posts these Terms and business identity details on the service.
2. Terms may be amended within the bounds of applicable law.
3. Amendments are announced with an effective date (typically at least 7 days ahead; longer for changes adverse to users, as required).

Article 4 (Company role)

1. The Company provides systems for listing and delivery. Primary responsibility for each product’s sale, quality, IP, and legal compliance sits with the seller.
2. The Company discloses that it is not the product merchant and makes seller identity information available as required by law.
3. Except for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or statutory platform duties, the Company is not a party to seller–buyer disputes.
4. Receipts and tax documents for product sales are generally issued by the seller. See the Receipts guide.

Article 5 (Contract formation)

1. A contract forms when a user accepts these Terms and completes seller registration or a purchase flow.
2. The Company may refuse or later restrict use for false information, impersonation, or likely legal/Terms violations.

Article 6 (Seller registration and listings)

1. Sellers must provide accurate information and accept the Seller terms and Disclaimer before listing.
2. Sellers warrant lawful rights (or licenses) to sell each file.
3. The Company may remove or suspend illegal, harmful, infringing, or false listings and related accounts.
4. Active sellers need a Filvendo annual plan ($190/year) billed via Lemon Squeezy, unless demo mode applies.

Article 7 (Purchase, payment, delivery)

1. Buyers should review product info, price, and refund conditions before paying.
2. Product payments are processed on the seller’s Lemon Squeezy checkout. Lemon Squeezy’s terms also apply. Filvendo’s seller subscription is billed separately on Filvendo’s Lemon Squeezy store.
3. After payment is confirmed (typically via webhook), Filvendo issues a timed download link.
4. Filvendo charges sellers 0% on product sales and charges the annual plan described in Fees / Seller terms.

Article 8 (Refunds)

Filvendo listings are digital goods. After payment and download access are provided, change-of-mind refunds are not available. Details are in the Refunds policy; completing purchase constitutes acceptance of that rule.

Article 9 (User duties)

1. Comply with law, these Terms, and service notices.
2. Do not steal credentials, reverse engineer, pirate, upload malware, or disrupt the service.
3. Use purchased files only within the license stated by the seller.

Article 10 (Intellectual property)

1. UI, trademarks, logos, and Company software remain the Company’s.
2. Seller-uploaded content remains the seller’s (or rightful owner’s); the Company has a license to operate the service.

Article 11 (Changes and downtime)

The Company may change or suspend the service for operational or technical reasons and will give notice when practical. Urgent security responses may be noticed afterward.

Article 12 (Liability)

Liability limits follow the Disclaimer. Where these Terms and the Disclaimer conflict, interpretations favorable to consumers prevail to the extent law requires.

Article 13 (Disputes and governing law)

1. Contact contact@filvendo.com for complaints and disputes.
2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Jurisdiction follows applicable civil procedure rules.
